They put in a new hot water heater for me. It was very hard to get the old one out and the new one in but they didn’t charge me extra. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Called them yesterday afternoon and they had Rhett out first thing this morning. He was very professional and explained everything to us. Got the job done and for a very reasonable price! Will definitely use them again.

Mr. Rhett was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient and fast! Everything is great - the only thing I have to do now is wash and then things will all be good. It's nice to know there are still trustworthy, efficient folks out there - thank you!

Had a sewer clogging issue. After several other estimates, called Rooter Man Plumbing based on Google search. Their answering service was very friendly. Their prices for each service was slightly lower than others in the area. Rhett was the service rep who came to our house. Rhett was very friendly and energetic. He worked methodically and efficiently to determine where the clog was. Rhett did a great job and cleaned up after himself. I will not hesitate to use Rooter Man again if needed. I highly recommend them.

Cory did a great job diagnosing the problem I had with my sink and worked it through till the end. The company’s time estimate was spot on and when the job extended longer than expected, there were no extra charges. Thanks, Rooter Man!
